রিফান্ডের শর্তাবলী:

পণ্য বা সেবা ডেলিভারি না হওয়ার সুস্পষ্ট প্রমাণ থাকলে
পণ্য চুক্তি অনুযায়ী গুণমান বা নির্ধারিত স্পেসিফিকেশন অনুযায়ী না হলে
পণ্যটি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ডিফেক্টিভ হলে
পণ্য ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ জানাতে হবে
রিফান্ড বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট দাবি করার ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় থেকে সম্পূর্ণ আনবক্সিং ভিডিও (একটানা, কাটছাঁট ছাড়া) প্রদান করা বাধ্যতামূলক। আনবক্সিং ভিডিও ব্যতীত কোনো দাবি গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

রিফান্ড অনুরোধ করার পদ্ধতি:

রিফান্ড পেতে হলে নিচের তথ্যগুলো আমাদের কাছে পাঠাতে হবে:

অর্ডার নম্বর, ইনভয়েস নম্বর অথবা মোবাইল নম্বর
রিফান্ডের কারণ
যেকোনো প্রমাণাদি (যেমন স্ক্রিনশট, মেসেজ বা যোগাযোগের রেকর্ড)

প্রক্রিয়াকরণ সময়:

অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড ৭–১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে bKash-এর মাধ্যমে প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা হবে। পেমেন্ট প্রোভাইডার অনুযায়ী সময় ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

গুরুত্বপূর্ণ শর্তাবলী:

ফেরতের জন্য পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত ও মূল প্যাকেজিং-সহ ফেরত দিতে হবে
ডেলিভারির সময় কোনো ক্ষতি হলে তা সঙ্গে সঙ্গে ডেলিভারি কর্মীকে জানাতে হবে
ফেরতের ক্ষেত্রে কাস্টমারকে রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ বহন করতে হতে পারে
রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে bKash / Nagad চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে এবং তা রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়

পেমেন্ট পলিসি

পেমেন্ট করার আগে স্টক উপলব্ধতা যাচাই করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
FantastechBD-এর সমস্ত ডিজিটাল পেমেন্ট নিজস্ব মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন হয়।
কিছু নির্দিষ্ট পেমেন্ট মেথডে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়ায় ১০-১৫ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে এবং এতে অতিরিক্ত চার্জও প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
পেমেন্টের সময় নেওয়া কোনো অতিরিক্ত চার্জ রিফান্ডের আওতায় আসবে না।

অর্ডার ও ডেলিভারি

সাধারণত অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণে ৩-৭ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগে। তবে পণ্যের ধরন অনুসারে এটি পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
সাপ্তাহিক ছুটি বা বন্ধের দিনে অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা হয় না।
FantastechBD প্রয়োজনবোধে পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।
যদি কোনো পণ্য ভুল মূল্যে তালিকাভুক্ত হয়, আমরা সেই অর্ডারটি বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি এবং ত্রুটি সংশোধন করি।

ওয়ারেন্টি পলিসি

ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করতে ক্রেতাকে প্রমাণপত্র (চালান, ক্রয় রশিদ) দেখাতে হবে।
ওয়ারেন্টি সার্ভিসের জন্য রিটার্ন শিপিং চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
ওয়ারেন্টি সেবাটি মূলত প্রস্তুতকারক প্রতিষ্ঠান দ্বারা প্রদত্ত। FantastechBD এর ভূমিকা হলো গ্রাহক এবং প্রস্তুতকারকের মধ্যে মধ্যস্থতাকারী হিসেবে কাজ করা।

আমরা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্যের সুরক্ষা নিশ্চিত করতে বদ্ধপরিকর।
আপনার তথ্য কেবলমাত্র অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ এবং গ্রাহক সেবা উন্নত করার জন্য ব্যবহার করা হবে।

🔁 Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Clear evidence that the product or service was not delivered
The product does not meet the agreed quality or specifications
The product is defective or damaged
The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of delivery
To claim a refund or replacement, a complete unboxing video (continuous, without any cuts) from the time of receiving the parcel is mandatory. No claim will be accepted without the unboxing video

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please provide the following details:

Order number, invoice number, or phone number
Reason for the refund request
Any supporting evidence (e.g. screenshots, message logs, or communication records)

Processing Time:

Approved refunds will be processed via bKash within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Important Conditions:

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging
Any delivery damage must be reported to the delivery agent immediately
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer
bKash/Nagad transaction charges may apply and are non-refundable

💳 Payment Policy

Please confirm stock availability before making a payment
All digital payments at FantastechBD are processed through our own secured channels
Additional charges may apply for specific payment methods
Refund processing may take 10–15 business days and may include applicable service charges
Any extra charges incurred during payment are not refundable

📦 Order & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days, depending on the product type
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
FantastechBD reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice if necessary
If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and correct the error

🛠️ Warranty Policy

Customers must provide valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) to claim warranty
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for warranty service
Warranty services are provided by the manufacturer; FantastechBD acts only as a facilitator between customer and manufacturer
